The Community Team at Sanpellegrino wanted a simple stop-motion piece that visually called back to their Stanley Tucci partnership. Since this would kick start their summer campaign, they wanted to feature Tucci’s glasses turning into sunglasses.
An actual stop-motion shoot would’ve fallen outside their budget and timeline, and we only had access to their label files (mechanicals) for the cans. I took those and made these fully CGI (except the pizza on the bottom right) spots that the brand loved.
